Launching on Wednesday 25th January, SINTILLATE invite you to join us for some sensational cocktails, traditional Mediterranean cuisine and an elegant mix of soulful vocal house and funk at the beautifully redesigned West London destination bar and restaurant, The Collection.
The Collection’s eclectic cocktail list showcases original cocktails, infused with Mediterranean flavours such as rosemary syrup, muddled Spanish grapes and fresh pear, you’ll be tempted to try them all.
Fronted by Executive Chef Alex Fanzola , the menu features contemporary takes on the traditional cooking of southern Europe and the Mediterranean Middle East. Dishes include Tartare of buffalo with duck egg and sourdough toast, Seared butterflied prawns with basil emulsion and confit garlic, and Clay baked baby chicken with pomegranate molasses and sprouting broccoli.
The venue features leather and velvet banquet seating, iconic metallic lighting and a mix of exposed brick and textured walls created by the great maverick of British design; Tom Dixon. The large restaurant is on the mezzanine whilst there are many areas to sit in the larger ground floor bar area, as well as booths for larger groups of friends. A luxurious private VIP room accommodating 40 guests is also available for private hire.
Offering guests a special “Aperitivo Deal” of a selection of canapes with every cocktail or glass of champagne purchased between 5:30 – 7:30pm, The Collection is the perfect playground to chat, nibble and relax into your Wednesday evening with SINTILLATE.

For those wishing to continue the party, we continue on to the newly launched ‘Kings Club’ on the Kings Road for more of a ‘full on’ night club party. So bring the new friends you’ve met at The Collection earlier in the evening and head down the road to join us; we’re open until 3am!
Of course you don’t have to join us at ‘The Collection’ to join us at ‘Kings Club’!

Sintillate followed up their success in London by launching in MARBELLA in May 2003, MANCHESTER in October 2004, LIVERPOOL and LEEDS in October 2005, SHARM EL SHEIKH in December 2005, BRIGHTON and BIRMINGHAM in May 2007, HARROGATE in June 2007, IBIZA in June 2008 and DUBAI in October 2008, re-launched BIRMINGHAM in November 2008 and BRISTOL in January 2009. Sintillate then followed with SHEFFIELD in June 2009 and started our second season in IBIZA in the summer of 2009. Sintillate then launched Leamington Spa in September 2009 and followed with Derby and Stratford in October 2009.
In 2004 Sintillate won 'Best Promoter' at the London Club and Bar Awards, then again in 2008 Sintillate took the top award, this time for the 'UKs Best Promoter' at the London Club and Bar Awards.
